weird crazy coincidences

Everywhere I look today people seem to be blogging about Unitarian Universalism.

There also seems to be a lot of Mika-love going on in the blogoshpere at the moment. This time last year I was very much impresed by him, but I don't know, I think it's growing old... Sorry.

Very funny. Thanks for your comment this morning on my UU post. I sometimes feel like I should go back to the UU church because it really was welcoming, and a VERY cool service. I guess I just find it hard to do anything with regularity, and as much as I crave having a "community" sometimes, there's also a really strong impulse in me to remain as anonymous as possible, save for my small circle of friends. I don't necessarily want a whole congregation asking "Where've you been lately?" The UU church here is actually quite large. I'm not an atheist, and more of a Buddhist, and sometimes I just think I should connect to some kind of spiritual community, because it really can be very cozy.

You need to get yourself a reputation as the guy who stops by once in a while. So just keep stressing that you can't always make it whenever they ask. It should die down - eventually... ;-)

I'm looking forward to our next Amsterdam UU meeting, we invited someone from the local Buddhist temple to talk to us. I scored very high on Theravada Buddhism in a test recently.
